felbit Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

1.1 felbit is an online casino and sports betting platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). We operate in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gambling activities.

1.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or game rules published on the felbit platform, form the complete agreement between you and felbit. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules shall take precedence for that specific game or promotion only.

1.3 felbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1.4 This Agreement is written in English. Where a Tagalog translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative text in the event of any discrepancy or dispute.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain a felbit account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Be physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is lawful;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by felbit or PAGCOR;
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of felbit or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the felbit platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR where required.

2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued identification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. felbit is required under PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You agree to submit any requested verification documents promptly. Failure to complete verification within the time period specified in our verification request may result in suspension of withdrawal services until verification is completed.

2.5 Right to Refuse. felbit reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably believe that the eligibility criteria are not met or that registering the applicant poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the platform.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your felbit username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. felbit will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity performed under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your felbit account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat on the felbit platform. You agree to cooperate fully with our security team's investigation. felbit will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. felbit reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱100 per calendar month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, following written notice to the registered email address. This fee will not reduce the balance below zero. An account that has been inactive for thirty-six (36) months with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.

3.4 Account Transfer. Your felbit account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempted transfer of an account constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.5 Account Currency. All felbit accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, minus any applicable conversion fees imposed by the payment provider.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. felbit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed in the felbit cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and QR Ph are credited to your felbit account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing schedules of the respective bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. felbit is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly. For fully KYC-verified accounts:

• GCash and Maya withdrawals: processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): processed within one (1) to three (3) business days;
• USDT TRC20: processed within thirty (30) minutes of request approval.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional security verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit to your felbit account, except where felbit's compliance team has approved an alternative method in writing. This requirement exists to protect players from unauthorized withdrawals and to comply with our AML obligations.

4.5 Player Funds Protection. felbit maintains player funds in accounts that are ring-fenced and held separately from the Company's operational and corporate funds. In the event of insolvency of the Company, player balances held in these ring-fenced accounts take priority over creditor claims and are returned to players before any other obligation is settled.

4.6 Transaction Disputes. If you believe a deposit has not been credited or a withdrawal has not been received within the expected timeframe, contact felbit support via live chat with your transaction reference number. felbit will investigate and respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial report.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.3 Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met. The validity period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Upon expiry of the validity period, any unused bonus funds and associated wagering-restricted winnings will be forfeited automatically.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. felbit employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing qualifying bets only to meet minimum deposit requirements with no genuine gaming intent, using prohibited betting patterns identified in our terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, felbit reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the account.

5.5 Promotional Modifications. felbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-offer, players who have already met the promotional trigger will be honored under the original terms. felbit will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address where practically possible.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in your felbit account at a time. If a new deposit is made while a bonus is active, the deposit will be added to your real-money balance and will not trigger an additional bonus until the active bonus has been settled.

6.1 Game Certification. All games available on the felbit platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness, unpredictability, and statistical compliance with declared Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. 6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. felbit applies a maximum payout limit of ₱500,000 per day per player account, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the player. Winnings that would exceed this limit are subject to scheduled payment over multiple days. Jackpot prizes on progressive jackpot games are exempt from this daily limit and are paid according to the specific jackpot prize terms.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the felbit platform:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, device, or IP address;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses without genuine human play;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any player who identifies a software error must report it to felbit support immediately rather than exploiting it;
• Colluding with other players, game agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Providing false, stolen, or otherwise fraudulent payment details or identification documents;

8.1 Our Commitment. felbit is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to ensuring that gaming on our platform remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial or personal harm. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously and invest continuously in tools, staff training, and player communication to uphold this commitment.

8.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. felbit maintains strict age verification procedures for all new registrations and conducts ongoing compliance checks. Any account suspected of being held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended pending identity verification. 9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the felbit platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any felbit content.

9.3 Any unauthorized use of felbit's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10.1 felbit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Our full data processing practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

10.2 By registering a felbit account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, transaction processing, customer support, and where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.

10.3 felbit shares player data with third parties only as required by law (including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, and law enforcement agencies upon lawful request), with our licensed game providers for gameplay integrity purposes, and with payment processors for transaction completion. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, felbit's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your felbit account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 felbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the felbit platform, even if felbit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 felbit does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. felbit will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

11.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes felbit's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your felbit account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining balance must be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Once an account is closed, the username and email address associated with it cannot be reused to open a new account unless felbit expressly approves the re-registration in writing.

12.2 Suspension by felbit. felbit reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency;
• Unusual or suspicious activity has been detected on the account that requires investigation;
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider;
• Your KYC verification documents are outstanding beyond the specified deadline.

12.3 Termination for Cause. felbit may terminate your account with immediate effect, and forfeit all balances, where it is established that you have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 7, provided false registration information, are under the age of 21, or have otherwise committed a material breach of this Agreement. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, felbit is obligated to report the matter to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council.

12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement immediately cease. felbit will retain your personal data for as long as required by applicable law and regulation, including AML record-keeping requirements, notwithstanding account closure.

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your felbit account or any aspect of this Agreement, you must first contact felbit's customer support team via live chat. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may require up to thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and resolve fully.

13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may request that your complaint be escalated to felbit's Compliance Department. If the matter remains unresolved after escalation, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR, which has regulatory oversight over felbit's operations.

13.3 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.4 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against felbit.

13.5 Time Limitation. Any claim you wish to bring against felbit must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which you became aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are time-barred.

14.1 felbit reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be accessible on the felbit platform with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

14.2 For material amendments — defined as changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — felbit will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes required by law) may take effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the felbit platform and may request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
